I'm on a keto-ish diet at 62 need to lose some weight. I've tried other meal prep plans some came with just 2days on them . So far prep kitchen have done the job beautifully longish dates lovely food lots of flavour I don't have to buys lots of food to make meals which can be expensive. Got a while to go so keep it up prep kitchen. Well done

Absolutely fantastic. These meals are so easy and quick with no mess and yet taste amazing. I was sceptical at first having tried other ready prepped meals which have never had any real flavour or taste, well I can confirm these are so good, such a variety all of which seem to be gorgeous. Hats off to prep kitchen you have smashed it.

Literally trying to find a meal that I don't like! Bloomin' delicious! Seriously. We were with KBK before they sadly folded but glad they did in a way as otherwise we probably wouldn't have found Prep Kitchen. The food is full of flavour and the portion sizes are just right. These guys make healthy food taste ?.

Was recommend prep kitchen by my trainer after having a bad experience with another meal prep company.
I must say I am very impressed. Great variety of meals, very tasty. Really pack a great amount of protein. So far I have loved every meal. The delivery driver (no fault of prep kitchen) took meals to wrong address, prep kitchen came back to me quickly and wanted to rearrange delivery for the next day with no quibble.
Will be using them for the foreseeable future.

Have been getting prep kitchen for about a month now and seriously impressed! Have tried various meal deliveries and this is easily the best. The meals are very balanced, have at least 40g of protein (the ones I’ve had anyway) and very delicious. Would avoid most of the pasta dishes (expect the gnocchi, which is delish). You need a sharp knife to get the plastic off the packs as it’s stuck on so well but minor gripes! You also get to choose your meals every week from a big range, so after a couple of weeks you can refine to your favourites and it’s perfect!

Food is great and communication has never been a problem when I’ve had issues with my order. I have on 2 separate occasions received damaged items however this is likely down to the delivery process not Prep Kitchen itself. I still continue to use each week.

I rarely have time to cook a proper meal during the week so Prep Kitchen has been a life saver! Not only is it extremely convenient but unlike some other services I’ve tried, there is a huge choice of evening meals, and they are well prepared, tasty and healthy. It would be nice to see a few more options for breakfast (maybe a few more overnight oats choices) but genuinely would be lost without this service now!

Great variety of very tasty meals tailored to your needs (muscle building or fat loss). I have used other food companies before none of them compare to taste which these meal gives you and foremost porcion size is very decent. You edit, add and alter meals on weekly basis. Meal are always delivered on time packed with ice packs to survive time untill you place in fridge/freezer. Recommended to anyone after delicious, healthy variety of foods.

I have been using PrepKitchen for about 3.5 years and they are an absolute staple in our diet.
The meals are super convenient for being a busy working mum with two young children and also wanting to keep on top of my health and performance goals! The meal menu is extensive and all of them are delicious. I can’t recommend such a reliable, friendly company enough. Keep up the good work guys.

Consistently great food, I've never been one for experimenting when cooking my meals, but the variety in choice is at Prep Kitchen is amazing, and always delivered to a high standard. on the few occasions I've had an issue, which in fairness was during the festive holidays, the support team were on hand to support, credit and throw in a couple extra meals. 10/10

Been using Prep Kitchen for a long time now. Food quality and packaging is good and they regularly introduce new meals for variety. Communications are great and whilst they have sometimes sent a wrong meal, they have been quick to replace, including extra meals as an apology. Overall, I would recommend and will be sticking with them for the foreseeable

Epic service. Meals are usually really tasty compared to other services I’ve tried which had pretty bland tasting meals.

Some of the meals are pretty horrible but that’s down to taste really. Price is reasonable although I try to limit my order to 1-2 meals a day otherwise the cost racks up and you start to get a bit tired of the meals. A good balance to also cook or eat other food during the day plus a prep kitchen meal or 2.

Prep Kitchen really makes meals easy. If you know what you want, they will provide it with little fuss. The website is user friendly, the meal options are vast, and most importantly, they taste good! I was sceptical about starting a food subscription service but it really has been a no fuss, easy to manage subscription that provides the flexibility I require. I have, and will continue to recommend it.

The meals are very tasty and filling. I like that there are regular new recipes. One gripe is that choice is more limited if you don't like spicy food. It would be nice if there was a choice of spice level.
Meals always turn up on time and on the odd occasion where I've had the wrong item included, customer service have always sorted the issue out quickly.
